Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is an endocrine hormone, the release of which declines as we age. Other hormones that decline (and with which we are more familiar) are estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, melatonin, and DHEA. Human Growth Hormone (HGH) regulate many other hormone levels within the body. The public seems generally unaware of the awesome regenerative effects of HGH.

HGH is produced by the pituitary gland and is responsible for all adolescent growth peaks. Produced abundantly in our youth, Human Growth Hormone decreases approximately 80% from ages 21 to 61. It’s true that we DO NOT have to age! Contrary to popular belief, science now recognizes aging as a disease.

As the ultimate anti-ager, HGH affects almost every cell in the body to regenerate skin, hair, muscles, bones, heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys to their former youthful levels. Increasing the levels of HGH may reduce the risk of osteoporosis, heart attack, and stroke according to many scientific researchers.

HGH speeds up the metabolism to former highs, selectively reducing the abdomen, hips, waist, and thighs, while increasing muscle mass. After six months of elevating HGH levels, without exercise, an 8.8% increase in muscle mass and 14.4% loss of body fat are reported on the average.

Dr. Daniel Rudman’s clinical findings on the effects of anti-aging and HGH were published in the New England Journal of Medicine. Working with volunteers age 61 to 81 at the Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Dr. Rudman used HGH manufactured synthetically to replace what is created naturally in the body’s own pituitary gland. The initial results observed that six months of HGH injections reversed the aging process from 10 to 20 years. However, the control group that didn’t receive the HGH continued their normal aging process.

Dr. Greg Fahy of the Naval Medical Research Institute revealed that his experiments show that increasing HGH level is extremely beneficial and may cure adult onset diabetes. This is pointed out in Dr. Ronald Klatz’s monumental book, “Grow Young with HGH”.

Prior to 1997, it was necessary to take injections of synthetic HGH at a cost of $1,200 to $1,500 per month. Modern science has now changed all that!
